As an information communications industry, TOPPAN INFOMEDIA recognizes that managing the information necessary for its business is an important management issue in order to earn the trust of customers and ensure the ongoing development of the Toppan Group. Accordingly, the entire TOPPAN INFOMEDIA Group will work together to manage information security.
In compliance with laws and social order, we properly manage the information necessary for our business in accordance with Toppan Printing and internal regulations.
We do this with legitimate objectives and methods when gathering information.
We manage information safely in response to customer confidence in information deposited by customers.
We fully recognize the dangers of unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification, leakage, etc., with regard to the information assets we handle, and take necessary and reasonable safety measures. In the event of any problems, we will respond and rectify them appropriately and promptly.
